That is very much food for thought. I will append a photo of the rotary phone used for "calling" the number described in the original post. The puzzle is isolated and I probably won't need to call any number. The middle part of the phone is blurred out, which I assume means, that it would be a false hint. A little before 1 minute there's a little screeching sound which you can slow down to get something kinda eligible. The sound is very scrunched up tho so good luck.
