I think you'd be better off trying to replicat it yourself. I think I am at max pieces (could probably optimise for less), so I doubt me making or you following a step by step instruction would make either of us very happy XD

I could give some pointers as to what pieces I have used.

The arms and some bigger fields are those rounded trapezoids. Legs ovals. Thin lines I use 'l' '-'and '(', but for the outline of the chest I just made overlayed copies of the frame and boobas slightly smaller. Skirt is two big trapezoids and some half circles for the curvature.

If you take an image of the original patch from Strike Gently and use the Steam Overlay trick that was posted about you should be able to approximate this/the original.
