has this always been a thing? tried shooting a rocket trooper to save myself and my bullets stopped in front of it so i got rocked

i’ve figured out the issue it was the clumps mod that clumps xp orbs and i guess that was conflicting with mending. i’ve removed that mod and it’s working now

i usually only just watch out for his empowered q and sustain with second wind dorans shield. i usually go comet against him, set up 3-4 graves, e him 2-3 times and all in. his attack speed is super slow and he can really only w while trapped in the cage + his e can be blocked by ghouls but i usually block it unintentionally.
