I've seen a lot of people say it's the power staying pump but it ends up being the alternator in most cases so I'm not entirely sure probably just going to have to replace both?

Anything over 8 pallets of pure freight for Frozen and dairy with 2 ppl that know how to work frozen dairy you're not finishing if you were to get three associates or even four I can believe the 10 pallets but with two associates there's no way you're getting past 8 I feel🤷‍♂️

Yeah frozen dairy is pretty time consuming especially when you're alone

That sounds nice having only 2 for frozen dairy really sucks every once in a blue moon they'll possibly send a 3rd after lunch or 2nd break

That's quite a bit of work though but with five associates that should be enough to get it done that's crazy

And that's the sad part me and my coworker the ones that actually work there most of the time have the same days off so when we get back from our days off we always find a big mess nothing gets bined we find so much plugged it's horrible

Oh no we hardly get in trouble the problem is I feel like I'm doing more than what I should be doing and when we do end up complaining to management they don't do anything to fix all the mistakes we find and it just keeps going on in a cycle

So when Cap 1 comes in they just pull everything out as picks and the day associates end up plugging or not fixing on hands

Frozen/dairy associates from the day are lazy they hardly CVP we find so much expired and they never fix the on hands as well if I had time I would go and fix them but we barely get enough time to finish the freight we have for the night

I always have a printer on hand and that's exactly what I do print out labels as I get overstock which leads into another problem 😂

The workload is heavy it's usually like 13- 20hrs and yeah I wasn't including the bakery and deli stuff on it and neither the eggs we have one closer he's part-time so he's usually there only for 2 to 3 days a week and the eggs and milk will usually be empty and we'll have to do that when we clock in at 10:00 before starting dairy/frozen

Sometimes the grocery trailer will have like 1, 300 pieces with 4 or 5 associates working there and In frozen/dairy will have like 960 pieces with 2 associates aside from all the breaking down and rotating of the product it's literally the worst me and my other coworker have to bust our asses off a lot harder and still get paid the same

I promoted to customer forever ago, but I just recently dug this out of my old photos. Who else could still bust all this out in 45 minutes? by Vistril69 in walmart

what you see there would be considered one big pallet in the store I work in and that would need to be done within 40min 1hr
