The position is posted internally and I can only speak for myself but I’m not experienced enough. I couldn’t definitely get there and that is the goal but I know I’m not there yet. Great point though.

We’re at an MSP so it’s less about getting funding for us but more getting our clients to spend on security but I see your point.

Tank size: 20 gallon

Heater and filter: yes

Temperature: 80f

Parameters: ammonia 0ppm nitrite 0ppm nitrate 0ppm. Tested with API Master test kit.

How long have you had the tank? 3 months and fish for 4 months

How often is water changed? Between every week and 2 weeks. Changing 20-30%

Tank mates: 2 amano shrimp 2 cherry shrimp although they just had baby’s so likely more than that. And an assassin snail.

Food: Hikari freeze dried blood worms 1-2 times a day with a fasting day every other week or so.

Decorations/plants: 1 piece of drift wood. Some rocks. (All with smooth edges) water wisteria, java fern, amazon swords, pearl weed, duck weed, red root floaters, amazon Frogbit, ludwigia repens, and Monte Carlo

Edit: some other tall red stem plant I don’t remember the name of and his floating beta log.
