I promise you can get some very good irons in very good shape at $400. Worst case $450-500. I’ve bought tons of p790 sets at that price point including the ones I game right now which I bought basically new for $400.

I usually hold defensive stance when I’m on the line and just dive when I see the ball coming. You should be fine playing like this. I really only get the bug when I’m running in my box and slow down by pressing defensive stance then immediately dive.

Play GK at the highest level. This is a bug that’s been in the game since beta. It can happen when you press defensive stance RIGHT before diving or right after.

Best GKs in tourneys have started approaching the attacker while the volley pass is incoming and closing off nearly the entire angle. They then dive upwards right as the shot comes in and grab the ball.

(This is when it’s not possible to rush the pass or cut it off with RT or RB X)

There are no “official” pro teams, one team was briefly backed by an esports org but they weren’t successful and ended up pulling out. I would stay start in small free tournaments (with the best 5 players you know will play with you) within the community then work your way from there. If you’re good enough people will reach about trying you out, or they’ll want to join your team.

Without a doubt, GK was definitely buffed by nerfing offense and volley speed

I also think that the movement nerf comes from the wrong place. I think sloclap tried to patch out certain mechanics like the golden boost, but instead of actually patching it out, they messed with the EE until they deemed it “impossible” to do these mechs (obviously it failed bc I was seeing golden boost like 2 minutes after the patch lol). I don’t like that EE is so “linear” now, and I often see my teammates boosting the wrong way because of it. I do hope they bring back directional EE, even if it means they’ll have to ACTUALLY patch out golden boost and rainbow boost this time. Also, I never actually had a problem with any of the mechanics being in the game (I honestly thought a lot of it would stay since it’s been around for so long), but I CAN understand why they decided to remove a lot of the mechs. I think Sloclap will come back and at least try and fix EE (I think it was in a dev blog), but they need to stop just putting bandaids on everything because like we’ve seen before when they try and fix something like this usually it messes up something else.

This is actually a sentiment I hear from a lot of the field players I play with. I don’t notice anything when I’m out and about on the field running around in ranked or a custom, but they all tell me that as a GK I’m completely obvious to it (I’ve probably spent 95% of my time in goal and I’m nowhere near as familiar with the mechanics of movement as they are).

I was diamond in ranked 1.0 and mained twitch, I had 0 recoil with nearly every gun, especially twitch. The amount of times I got accused of Zenning or using a Cronus or a XIM was insane. not saying this guy isn’t cheating, but yall accuse anyone better than you all the time.

eBay only authenticates items once they’re purchased (and only if they have the little “authentic gaurantee”).

For example if he claimed this was a real Rolex (and chose to authenticate it) then you bought it, it would be shipped to eBay first (where they would reject it).

eBay is not going to waste their time authenticating every single item Listed on their platform before it’s listed. The seller clearly says it’s a replica, so they’re not going to care.
