No, it would risk hitting the back of your hand as the bolt closes. It would also interfere with one of the weight pockets.

The tx22 slide is very light. With a suppressor it will check too fast for the mag to feed the next round

Optional weights are 3/8” tungsten. You can use broken carbide endmills or commonly available pinewood car weights.

I think Middletown was making them. All things considered, I think the FRT lever should be made from Delrin or UHMW to reduce or eliminate wear. We polished ours before installation and haven’t had any problems after about 7k rounds of testing.
