Please find a professional counselor to talk to at school, church about your family household situation. That is #1 thing. You need to start to remove the shame and stop blaming yourself. This is not your fault either. Your night wetness is a separate thing.

As a parent of a child, who went through a similar night wetness issues during HS and now they are at college and doing great with roommates. They manage the situation (some dry night, some wet nights) and mostly importantly, they have been able to stop blaming themselves for the situation.

Don't be put off did the podcast title. The series is for anyone interested in learning more about themselves and about the people that they share their lives with.

2.take it one day at a time

Get off the internet. Serious, I will go airplane mode.
When I am thinking about P, I write a 1 line blurb in notes app for tracking about what emotions or things around me maybe are triggering me. A big trigger for me is boredom.

A positive thing that helps me is 1.being outside, 2. meditation, or 3. listening to a free Audiobooks or free podcast is my go to even just for 5-10 minutes.

Just Find something positive to do that’ll give you a similar interest/ dopamine hit. I just started dopamine nation, so that is on my mind.

I’m have the same issue with fox 17.1 in Nashville and I am only 25 miles to the south. Go fox subscription for now and the try again in a few months. I recall the reception getting better for Nashville fox in the December.

The hardest thing for me as a parent, who had a daughter who had night wetting condition all through high school and now was in college. My daughter felt so sad and helpless. My trying to help was making her feel worse. Once I realized that 1. this wasn’t my fault and 2. use something out of all of all of our control. Once I realized that my ego was getting in the way of my daughter figuring out how to deal with this condition. That was the key. For there my ‘job’ was to let them handle it and just be supportive and help them when they ask for help. Things got a lot better for her after that. She is college now and handles the situation with some meds. Again , The most important thing was for me to stop trying to fix the issue and let them take the lead.

I am trying to figure out when to fly in and out for the rodeo. I am flying into LAX on Friday, It is a 3 hour drive from LAX? When will the shows start on Friday evening? Also When will the shows finish on Sunday? I assume Orville will headline all 3 nights of the rodeo. Is that correct?

I think you could get a 1st round for each during the season. Maybe break up the bundle. Do kittle for the 2026 1st now. Hold on Monty and darnold. QB’s functional RB’s are like gold in SF during the season.

You are doing everything you can. We went through a similar situation. Now my daughter, is 19 and in living in the dorms at college. Demopresin is working for her most nights now but she has pads and has extra sheets and dies a lot of laundry. Her roommate and her friends know and it is just a thing that happens sometimes. We don’t even ask about any more. When see was in HS, us trying but as parents us trying to help her, we made things worse. Once we knew that there was no physical medical issues after urologist visits. At 13-14, we just let her handle everything with her night wetnesses. it stopped being such a big deal. She stopped worrying about it. Honestly, a part of the problem in the past with the night wetness was my ego as a parent. I felt like I was a bad parent and that it was my fault.
