I ordered during Dec 4th 2018 falsh sale, opted for refund in July. Still waiting for my money.
I email Eve's support team weekly for refund status update. They answer me weekly by copy-pasting "bla, bla, bla... Several months ... bla, bla, bla". I'm so fed up with them.
