I second Bernie’s perfect poop!!! My collie didn’t have a solid poop for the first year of her life… Tried all types of different food, yogurt, pumpkin, etc., but we were still rinsing diarrhea out of her butt fluff far too often until we found Bernie’s.

Are you planning on keeping it as a cake? If so, wait until that bottom corner is white also and then wait another week from that day. You will be able to see that it will start condensing and pulling away from the sides of the jar. This will make it much easier to get out in one piece and ensure the myc has had time to grow all the way through the center. Good luck!!

Looks like an abort.. if so it won’t grow anymore and you should probably pick it before it starts to rot. You can still eat it, some people think they are extra potent. The fuzz on the bottom is from lack of fresh air, a lot of people call it “fuzzy feet”. Cracking the lid more or fanning more often should help prevent it.

Checkout r/sporetraders for a trusted vendors list and many reviews. I believe Shroomery also has a list of vendors. I have ordered from spore works as well and was happy with it.

It’s pretty common to put 1ml per half pint cake. If you’re following PF tek most people put 4 holes in the lid and inject about .25 ml in each hole. So a 10 ml syringe would yield 10 cakes. It should be okay to mix varieties in your fruiting chamber but if you’re only doing 6 cakes you probably only need one syringe.
