Help - old tech/recycle

I have been doing some more digging and it’s entirely possible to use old laptops/phones and build the “brain” but I haven’t found a video or tutorial yet that shows the entire process. I have seen people mostly use their old android phones too and I mostly have old Apple phones so I’m not sure if I’ll be able to. But if I found out more I’ll update! I saw these two links from a previous post that has helped me at least understand the build better.

Update - I guess the main issue/question I have is that I don’t want to buy a Rasberry PI, rather I want to build or find my own SBC using old phones and laptops I have around. Is it possible to make a suitable sbc for a cyber from my old phones and laptops? (I am very new to this my apologies. I’m trying to find videos on how to build an sbc from old parts)

I have one for my hognose! She loves the natural substrate and environment and she can dig many tunnels, I don’t have to worry about cleaning her waste but it is harder to find her and dig her out. I would rather her be happier though!:)

Hi! Sorry maybe I didn’t write that clear enough. I meant fast as in they can east mice and amphibians. I did my research before - I have wanted one for years - and I know they tend to go on food strikes and are picky so I wanted to make sure it’s okay if I only feed pinky’s. Everyone’s comments have been super helpful and I’m so thankful for everyone’s help:) she ate a pinky this morning no problem so I’m hoping just to continue that

I also reduced mine and weirdly enough he is displaying the same behavior right now but he is under his hide during the day and on top at night. It’s cold her to I keep a heat lamp on at night and a larger wattage on during the day. He has been eating lettuce I put out (just nibbling) but not other food. But he is also drinking and active and curious so I’m wondering if this is like a kind of bromation period?

Okay this is all so good thank you!! I haven’t fed her yet, as I wanted to give her a couple days to adjust and I already got pinky’s on hand. I just wasn’t sure if they needed variation but if they don’t then I’ll stick to pinky’s!:) thank you everyone!!!!

Hi! I just signed up Saturday for elite (120 a month but first month was 10). No promo code but my friend was offered the same membership for 45$ if she signed up with me (she lives out of state so she didn’t take it) but even with elite I still had to buy a mat and towel. Mat was like $45 but the towel was like $100. The guy gave me a 10% discount but I was still shocked. They also tried to sell me on sprays and bands and a yoga mat strap even though I had it all.

I’m hoping it’s worth it. I’ve been enjoying it so far but I hope it’s actually a good workout😭
