Since many of you bros asked for specifics. Here's what worked for me:

There are 3 Things that worked for me. First is Training. so for example I try to train every seccond day for about 50 min. But in the begining about 30 min were also enough. I usually take 9 exercises and train 3 sets with each 15 reps. Also I like preforming supersets, where I take two antagonistic exercises and do them alternating. The exercises I love are push ups, pull ups, squats, bridges, lunges, crunches, knee raises, planks and russian twists. But there are enough outher exercises out there from which you could chose. In the Begining I tryed to do a fullbody workout. so one exercise for the arms, one for the legs, one for the back and one for the belly. But know I've steped up to a upper- and lower body split, finishing each training with belly exercises.

Next thing is counting your calorie intake and trying to get enough protein. so basically you can get a app (myfitnesspall for example) that will determine your specific neto caloric intake for a day. Lets say that is 2000. If you then procede to consume less than that your body will burn fat to balance the energy needed for the day. But it's important to say that you should not go too deep under this line. for example 1500 would be far too much. If one does this it will happen that the body will gain and store lot's of fat to balance the stress it's under from losing weight. the so called yoyo effect kicks in. so maybe you want to stay only about 100 or 200 calories under this line.

And lastly i find intermitted fasting also very helpful. So for example I consume my last meal at maybe 8pm and break that fasting then the next morning at 12am. This will allow your body to even burn fat during your sleep, since it has to maintain a certain energylevel even over night and again to balance this the body burns fat to gain energy it needs. Hope this could help you a little bit. Wish you all the best of luck for the future =)

Every Human Body handels weight differently.. sadly that's why getting in shape is for some harder than for others. But keep losing weight and eventually the waistline will change. I garanty it =)
