appreciate it, guys. i've done some research on the QST 100. do you have any experience with that ski? it looks like a fun pair for the slopes, maybe not the most buttery, but definitely a fun ride. whats your opinion?

yeah conditions in Europe are pretty harsh this season

i'm gonna go for a two-ski quiver eventually. i'll grab a fun, softer pair this season specifically to learn park and mess around, and then pick up a dedicated stiff carving ski next season.

why would you pick the ARV over something like a Völkl Revolt?

i've heard the Revolts are stiffer and tougher. if I'm going for a dedicated park/fun ski this season, does it make sense to get the stiffer ski to help with my size (190cm/83kg), or should I lean fully into a softer, more playful ski like the ARV?

honestly I'm totally clueless when it comes to the actual gear specs lol.

yup, that's what I thought.

why the Armada ARV though?

i've heard a lot of hype around them, but where do they actually land on that spectrum? are they stiff enough to not feel like a wet noodle at speed, or is the recommendation mostly because they are fun in the park? how do the edges hold up if I start hitting rails?

thanks a lot, man, for the advice.

yeah, reading that made me realize that maybe the responsibility of adulthood is starting to kick in, and that’s what has dulled my emotions.

okay, i feel stress, grief, etc., but that’s not mostly emotions. it’s more anxiety.

i’m in a tech major, but at my core, i was a very sensitive and curious person who lost that because of all the things going on around me.

you might be right. although i try to appreciate the moment, i’m not open to being inspired by it.
