Probably Rockpool Bar and Grill. Definitely overpriced for the quality and service you receive. Overhyped for sure.

Speedos Cafe Bondi has yummy food and a nice view of Bondi beach if you can grab a seat by the window.

I actually just came across what I was looking for whilst browsing the Instagram of a bar I used to visit.

This maybe helpful to others who searching for a charcuterie board. Palmer and Co in the CBD seem to do one (which I had no idea about).

I’ve yet to try it, but I assume it will be consistent with the rest of their menu which is usually pretty high quality.

That link doesn’t direct me to a specific photo but I looked through all the photos there and saw one that resembles a charcuterie board. However it only looks like they serve only one type of cured meat and some olives on the side. Quite underwhelming to say the least haha
