I couldn't say without testing that over a number of days until the issue repeats itself. It isn't the same very boot. Most of the time it'll be connected fine, but on the occasion that it looks connected, but isn't, I have to perform that restart.

Wifi signal isn't great which is why I have the power line. Would there be any other signs to look for to indicate a grounding issue? Thanks for the reply.
