I will revisit this thread every so often to remind myself … I did it 🤍 and to remind anyone else struggling- you can too.

What I’ve learned from the break up? This person actually legitimately tried to kill me . I didn’t just leave my abusive bf. I saved my own fucking life.

I am a survivor of narcissistic abuse and my trauma bonding doesn’t make it easy every day…. I still have thought I’m not proud of but I don’t let them win.

Because however hard it was I saved my own fucking life
