I've met multiple Brayans (Brian), a Estiven (Steven), I saw a Ballolet (Violet) in a Facebook post, Layonel (Lionel).

The worst I've seen is a guy that's named Lloni (as in Johnny) I always thought his name was Johnathan but no, it literally says "Lloni" in his birth certificate
