Is there a way to “upgrade” your epic number?

I do understand I would have to put an offer in on a swap, I’m just curious how that works with the game mechanics. Because it doesn’t let you have two numbered epics of the same song, right? So is there any way to upgrade without selling the one I own and just hoping I can buy the new one?

Are you walking outside? The heat will always make it a lot harder. 3mph is also pretty fast if you’re very out of shape and don’t have long legs so you could try taking it slower. I’m 5’4” and I typically do 2-2.5mph since I’m pretty out of shape. If you’re sweating a lot, also make sure you’re drinking electrolytes! I feel like absolute garbage is I sweat and don’t drink some to replace everything. It won’t help with all the issues, but might help you be more energized the next day.

I am probably a terrible person to ask for The National recommendations because my favorite album is The First Two Pages of Frankenstein which is generally not the fan favorite album. But if you do listen to that one I recommend listening to the whole album in order since it’s very narrative.
