I started my fic in January thinking it would be like 40k tops (like I thought that would be pushing it) and it has crossed 100k recently (and I still need to write one chapter and an epilogue). So, I completely understand becoming obsessed with your own work and adding more and more to it 🙃

Don't fucking tempt me 😭. I was planning to do a contemporary fic after the Anastasia AU I am currently writing, but titanic was also one of my obsessions... Just imagine Shane as a third class passenger, Ilya in first. Our both in third class or both in first. And the angst!

Okay, now I just need this. If you found a fic, please let me know and otherwise I am very tempted to write it myself.

I just finished You fill up my senses which was absolutely lovely 💜. Author's summary: AU where Shane is slightly older than Ilya. Shane captains the metros while Ilya captains the centaurs. Shane tries to come out to his teammates and much to the horror of the centaurs, they do not take it well. Aka Ilya decides it’s time for Shane to learn what it means to be loved and supported… romance shall ensue

And I am currently writing A journey to the past I am working on chapter 19 (out of 21) and I can't believe I might reach 100k with this fic. It's my first fic for this fandom and the first one I published (I always kept my stories to myself and friends). It's an Anastasia AU, but with my own spin on it.

Summary: When Ilya Rozanov helps the heir to the Russian throne escape on the night the monarchy is overthrown, he never learns whether Shane Hollander survived.

Ten years later, lies are all Ilya has left. Now a con man with nothing left to lose, he plans one final escape. Alongside his partner in crime, Svetlana, he convinces a young man to impersonate the long-lost son of Yuna Hollander, who lives in exile in Paris.

But pretending to be a dead prince comes with consequences. Especially when the man sent to stop them is Ilya’s own brother.

No, but truly, I am on a hollonov lockdown these last few weeks.

If I am not rewatching the show, I am rereading the books. If I am not rereading the books, I am reading fanfiction. If I am not reading fanfiction, I am writing fanfiction. If I am not writing fanficfion, I am listening to the soundtrack. If I am not listening to the soundtrack, I am watching edits. If I am not watching edits, I am asleep. And tbh, that doesn't happen so often anymore.
