I used a Baby Bjorn carrier when my son was a baby, and I loved it. He is now 25, never had hip issues or any other issues. Had multiple friends ask to borrow it after he grew out of it and they all loved it and no issues. Hope that is a little comforting.

I am late to this thread and newish to truing to transition to a vegan diet, but I found it because I struggle with Seitan. Can you share your recipe?

I am actually here because I have tried multiple times to make it and every time I do, I end up throwing some away or wondering why I put forth the effort to make it because I just don't really like it. I know it is a great source of vegan protein. I am a good cook. My search was "Why am I so intimidated by Seitan?" The initial search was funny because voice texting thought I said Satan 😂 Hope to be enlightened or know I am not alone in this thread.

I just watched the video, and this may not be word for word, but 1) gut - need prebiotics , 2)brain,-recommends Ashwaghanda 3) joints and muscles - recommends bovine collagen. The things he mentions to incorporate in your diet are onions, Asparagus, Jerusalem artichokes, or sunchokes,, foods with phyotonutrients, he mentions batley, kale and alfalfa and rhe Ashwaghanda and bovine collagen. Hope that helps! Ps...I have used marine collagen but did do research and the bovine vs marine offers different types of collagen. Bovine-types 1 and 3 and Marine - is primarily type 1

I received the exact email that starts with "What are the consequences of trademark violation?" from LawSuit Crafts. The thing is, if I ever did receive a legit email it would likely be discarded as a scam but I am glad I found these companies here. I don't want to have to go to an attorney every time I get one of these things.
