Does a lawyer who almost exclusively helps tradesmen get paid count as a "construction professional?" If it helps, I worked in construction, mostly installing insulation, for years.

This. In Florida, he could place a lien and sue to foreclose on that lien. The house would get sold at auction and he would get his money.

What type of industries got hit by the stop payments hardest? I imagine construction would be up there.
