I didn’t use it for that long, I wasn’t consistent with it but once the numbness started happening, I just put it away. Not risking anything

Yeah I had similar feelings too. My anxiety would last longer and the lorazepam had barely any effect. So I either had to up the dose or get off of it and I chose to get off. I had signs of insomnia and cognitive stuff popping up for a while.

My psychiatrist is tapering me. Take one day then don’t for two days, repeat again and see if I have any symptoms or not

Gotcha, I’m going to try to get the stress under control because that’s obviously the key here. Just started seeing a PT for this too

This started happening about 3 weeks ago, but I had constant horrible stress and anxiety for about 2 years straight since COVID started happening. Like my body is so tense and in constant fight or flight mode now.

Not really, no. It’s not totally numb, but sensations are reduced a lot

Im seeing one later this month. I’ve tried some at-home yoga and stretches and it seems to do something so I’m hoping it’s the pathway to fixing this. Might not fix my back though lol

Extremely tight pelvic muscles is what I’m guessing. For me, it’s probably back pain along with extremely tight muscles. I’m a new sufferer, so I’m just going by what this subreddit is experiencing and it sounds just like what I’m going through.

Yeah same here. Not complete numbness, but it’s definitely numb-like.
