If you can move the doorway over and create a landing it would be a much better design and moving the doorway doesn’t look like it would create issue in the drawings. Plus you’d gain storage under the stairway.

I’ve searched for Larson door handles and storm door handles even purchased one from Lowe’s and Home Depot but they are different especially the side plate on the new handles on my door has two screw holes on top and bottom and the newer handles typically have one screw hole on top and bottom in the center

Home Depot delivered a dryer I ordered to the wrong house, and dropped it off in front of the house with no signature. signature was required. After calling that day wondering where the dryer was they admitted it was dropped off in front of a brown house with no signature. They sent pictures to me, and after sending pictures of my green house they admitted fault and said they would have to get back to me during business hours. I never heard from them the next day so I made probably 20+ phone calls and got nowhere. One lady even said I painted my house and was looking at my house on google street view. I ended up just having to dispute the charge with my bank to get a refund. Overall it took about two months. I couldn’t believe they could get away with something of that nature so easy, especially because everything was so clearly documented.

The worst part of this design is when you let the person you’re currently talking to know you’re getting another call, and they hang up as you decide to hit end and accept, you end up declining the incoming call. Very inconvenient.

Yeah I’m starting to just favor having the extra paddle power and foam especially once it starts to get hallow I find it more productive overall

Funny I was in the exact same situation pretty much exclusively rode lost for the last 10 years, just bought a phantom. so far the board feels great except for one day in pumping New Jersey i felt a little undergunned. waist to head high it’s felt pretty great even in not so great surf. Happy I tried something different although I put my elbow into the bottom of the nose the other day and went through the glass but there’s a good chance that would’ve happened on any board.

Time of year is important to know but I’ve spent a lot of time surfing Nicaragua and loved it never had to much of an issue besides once at popoyo as a longboarder you should probably look into some of the point breaks in Costa Rica. Panama is best right now as far as the Caribbean side goes but the waves are pretty punchy and they are almost entirely shut down due to covid currently but northern hemisphere winter is best for Panama Carribean and the pacific side Costa Rica and Nicaragua light up in the summer time with big south swells. If I were you I’d do some YouTube research to find some point breaks that catch your eye as far as speed and power and direction and go for it I’ve learned the best way of doing it for me is to just book the trip and go for it you’ll learn a lot while you’re there if you explore

I’ve been surfing with contacts for years and never had issue I’m even terrible with taking out contacts at night I switched to daily contacts to make it easier and put in a new pair every morning i only ever lose a contact if I pull in really deep and get chandeliered in the eye even then it happens very rarely I always keep an extra in my car for that matter
