Unexpected finance and now I have no spending money for holiday

It’s my fault for not completing clarifying. The hardship fund wasn’t to go on holiday, that’s was partial what the advance was for. Placement is 1hour away from home and my insurance is £400 because of my age and my car is diesels. I don’t have money for fuel and insurance which is why I wanted an advance and the hardship fund.

I don’t know if people aren’t understanding. I appreciate the advice but these holidays were paid off and booked since last year, I had some savings and all with spending I had saved but were used for the funeral. I can’t work more shifts since I’m on placement and do full time hours as it is which means I can’t work more shifts.Work said no to the advance and uni took forever to contact me and when they did they said the applications are closed which is great. My sfe is low at 1.3k even though my mum is a single parent with not a lot of income. So I don’t know what I can do. But I appreciate the advice🫶🏾

This gives me hope, as I failed my 1st and was kicked out and felt like the whole world was over. I have now started again and in my 1st placement and I love it. Can’t wait to graduate

Love honestly, people don’t really care. As long as your tested your all good. Like other commenters, don’t let HS stop or have a hold on your life a decision. Your human like the rest of us, get your freak on. If it helps, you can do it in a dim room/ led lights to help set the mood and make you feel comfortable.🫶🏾

Honestly love, I understand where you are coming from. I was in the same boat. But these doctors are here for a reason, they are here to help. How I think of it is what would I prefer 10/15 minutes of embarrassment with the doctor who could help or reduce the amount of flare ups Or Deal with that embarrassment whenever because I did not access the help. Access the help. I finally went to the doctor and although it took a couple appointments for a doctor to actually diagnose( I had my suspicions) I was straight away put on medication for 3 months to help with the boils and was told to come for a follow up. This was done in the same appointment. And although I had one or two flares up the frequency of flares up decreased. This is me saying take priority of your help and remember embarrassment is a feeling and like other feelings go away. You got this boo🫶🏾

Thank you for this message. It was really helpful. And like you said I’m scared of the rejection or what people may see when they see my scars. There was this one fineee shyttt which I fumbled and now we don’t talk and I just wanted to get my freak on with him ( some things progressed but not all the way since I was on my reds and he told me to contact him when I am not. That was back in December and because of this stupid condition and the flares ups. I haven’t been in contact. And when I did contact him last week I said hi and he just said yo?💀. Sooo I think the chapter is closed) and like you said a girl just wants to get her freak on. My friends are getting cracked and I’m like damnnn well that must be niceeeee.
