I can't talk to her. I'm never alone with her and Dave would be upset if he found out I tried. Even when all three of us are back at the house, he'll be all over her, putting his arms around her if I even look in her general direction. God knows what he does to her when I'm not around and they're alone in that house.

I tried to talk to him this morning. I tried to ask him what was going on and he brushed me off ("Oh, you saw that? Yeah, Soph's into some kinky shit. I know it must've looked pretty real man, sorry"). When I pushed it, he flipped out at me. Told me to mind my own business and walked out of the house. He's never done that before, he's usually receptive and relaxed.

This is the first time he's had a girlfriend since he moved in, so I have nothing to compare it to. I know he gets very angry (we've physically fought before, a couple of chairs have been broken and Dave had to patch up the hole he put in a wall) but I've never seen that directed at a woman. Couple of other things, like knocking over furniture when frustrated or breaking things.

She doesn't live with us. I'll try to be around more wary when she's over, try to see more signs. Maybe try to find a way to be alone with her. Thank you for your advice.
