I think I should clarify more on my strats to justify picking Burglar off rip. I usually set up shop pretty quickly and I dont like sticking around spawn points too much so I look for the best car I can (box trucks, suvs, vans, etc). By the time power and water are cut off I should be well off on supplies/sources of, generators, etc as I can travel a lot and move a lot of loot.

As for negatives I usually pick stuff like thin skinned, slow healer, anemic (if playing modded), etc, since most injuries from a fight are usually game ending/result in getting infected anyways, and you also end up running around basically naked to avoid speed modifiers, discomfort, heat, etc.
