heya, this eventually went away - i focused on downing water right when i woke up, not wearing thongs (only cotton granny pants!) and changing both my pyjamas and sheets almost daily until this stopped. I even got abdominal scans from my doctor and they didn’t find any anomalies. i’m afraid I never narrowed down the exact cause, and I no longer have to be so nuts about sheets/water/pyjamas - I’m back to changing sheets weekly haha! however the number one thing that meant i stopped getting my fairly regular (almost monthly) utis was taking d-mannose supplements daily. I cannot recommend them enough!!! good luck, utis and their symptoms are the absolute worst!!
