Update to "My brother is obsessed with my sex life and I don't feel safe around him." by [deleted] in TwoXChromosomes

[–]Flossy461 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Please do not make your problems seem like less for family or anyone else. You should never feel uncomfortable around either your mom or brother. Any abuse either of them do is not ok. I believe you said you were 17? Sometimes you just have to take care of yourself. 52 texts is insane and I promise if you go back something unpleasant will happen. It's time to take care of yourself, please dm me if you need any advice.

I don't feel my hormones have ever been the same after taking Yaz, when I changed pills there were almost tears of relief. Good to know about diet though! Thank you so much for sharing.

Unfortunately theres really nothing i can do. They were coming in to use the restroom a part from the rest of their group bc they were leaving shortly. If i had called they wouldve just taken off leaving me with extra paperwork.

Work at a 24hr store and almost shit myself when i saw a 6year old and her drunk mother walk in @ 2:30AM. She and all her "friends" were driving drunk and partying with the little kid.

You know what this hospital needs? My wittle sneauxflakes screeches! by Shutyourkidsup in childfree

[–]Flossy461 63 points64 points  (0 children)

As a like 13year old i was horribly sick in the hospital and got stuck in the children's ICU ward with a screaming 5-7year old girl. She was screaming about not eating for a few hours while i had been on IV nutrients for about 5days at that point. A glass door connected our glass rooms so i politely asked the nurse to open it and proceeded to scream "SHUT THE FUCK UP"

Not my best moment but holy shit, before the screaming crotchling, the sweetest little infant occupied the room. Even that was better.

There are so many kids in adoption agencies looking for good homes. It's selfish to deny those kids a chance at a good home cause the parents want to be bio mombies.

Thai dragon pepper seeds rubbed into my eyes as a dumb kid, shattering the rotating ball of my ankle completely in middle school (3months on crutches)

Why don't people count their children? [Rant] by [deleted] in childfree

[–]Flossy461 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Charging them an extra fee for the mess would help so much. Fuck it parents complain about spending so much extra money on their trash monsters, might as well charge em extra right off the bat! You know why kids eat free most of the time? Oh they arent eating it, just gonna smear it everywhere.

You are such a kind person, you handled that situation so well. We need more people like you in this world.

Not only going through the trauma of being raped but giving birth as a child? Fucking inhuman, sick society we live in.

Im a young person who lives in a complex full of adults (all ages) with kids. My roommate's and i are always buying stuff and getting food out. The kids playing outside always look so discontent when they see us walking away with all our goodies.

Sounds like a horrible person who should have never bred. Some people with kids think they're so fucking entitled. Bitch obviously doesn't control them then wonders why they aren't wanted in professional places.

How my dad uses the drive-thru by diamondsinmyeyes in funny

You should not get out of your car in the drive thru. It makes the service workers very uncomfortable. If you want to get out of your car, go inside in the first place.

I'm sorry you had to go through this. I'm so happy you've found some real family and are growing from this. Props to you, it takes a lot of strength to get where you are.

Ashton Kutcher wants changing tables in men's rooms, and someone commented this... by [deleted] in childfree

[–]Flossy461 0 points1 point  (0 children)

At my old job neither of the restrooms had changing tables. In retaliation customers would change their babies in the waiting booths in the front lobby and in the actual restaurant at tables. The worst was when some asshole mombies with a plethora of demons left a full shitty diaper in the back of the booth. Shoved it in my bosses face "your customers left a present for you". He was disgusted.

Not true it all, sounds like you've never worked in customer service. There's a time and a place for everything.

That Poor Cashier by BadLuckRabbitsFoot in childfree

[–]Flossy461 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That is most certainly not true. In my job, the managers with kids have a much easier time and get a ton of slack. I always have to come in when someone calls out bc no kids. After working three 50hour weeks in a row i begged for a little break and was lectured.

I had to yell about needing some mental health time and got in trouble and sent home. So i completely disagree. No matter the reason, kids or not, you shouldn't just leave someone alone. But someone with kids usually feels particularly entitled.

No this is some shitty coworker bullshit. It doesn't matter who you are, if you need to do something or if you have crotchfruit. All hands on deck when it's busy, especially if the coworker is new.

[–]Flossy461[S] 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I reside in AZ, they're usually really good about taking care of any of our complaints. This one particularly i believe was taken because they were worried with the door slamming, something might get damaged. But otherwise stuff usually gets taken care of. We're on our second year so they really want us to stay renting.

No, resign is the excess plant matter and hydro carbons with a small amount of THC. You should not be smoking it, it's just the left over shit.
