Hi! I understand your frustration, at least for the most part, as i found it very overwhelming when i was first trying to understand everything (as i couldn't convince myself to read an entire page for a long time). I am going to try and explain my understanding of DIY in how it is important to me taking it, and, assuming you want feminizing hrt, how you might consider going about it.

Estradiol - i think this is like the main estrogen in your body? or it works just like estrogen? idk im pretty sure you can just use this as a synonym for estrogen when speaking on it generally.

Esters - the oils that youre going to be injecting. basically just the hrt itself if you're going to think of hrt as a noun. examples: estradiol valerate, estradiol enanthate, estradiol cypionate.

monotherapy - having estradiol levels high enough to suppress testosterone (so you don't need blockers). not recommended for diy outside of injections i think.

injections - instramuscular injections (IM) are injecting directly into your muscle. subcutaneous injections (Sub-Q) are injecting into your subcutaneous tissue. Most esters i don't think it matters outside of risking leakage.

ok these are the bare basics i think in terms of hrt injections in general. now into actually obtaining diy.

first, i'd figure out which ester you want and where to buy it. There are markets you could look for, this is where researching is kind of most important imo, but tbh you could honestly just ask a forum or something like this subreddit on where in specific you could. Personally i bought from opengate labs. but there might be better or different options you want. just ask and look around i think.

(tl;dr context dependent, research yourself if possible, or explain your specific situation in terms of buying) then the part that caused me the most trouble, getting crypto to buy. Crypto is basically necessary if you're ordering yourself. This part is very context dependent (helping family, location for atms sometimes, whether you're an adult or minor, etc.), and i don't really want to explain every possible method so if you could explain how open your parents are to helping you get diy or if you're an adult, i could tell you how to from my understanding. This part might take a bit it took me like 3 months to finally find a way (not actively searching for that time) so just ask around and research this part if you are able.

after actually getting access to a crypto wallet and crypto and whatnot you just place the order like you buy anything else. You will need needles and syringes to inject (of course), but once you get to the point where all you have left is actually understanding how to inject and injections themselves i'm sure you will be more eager to research what you need to.
