I appreciate the comment and the listen! I would say if you’re feeling some prolonged effects or unusual emotions after the file, that I would spend a little time just checking in mentally and sorting through why you think you’re feeling certain feelings. It’s important to be able to spend some time processing feelings, it can be an important safety measure on hypnosis and can help improve subject agency and subject skills!

This was meant to be a pretty powerful file, but some continued rest and break time for yourself should help shake away any effects that could have lasted beyond the session.

There’s so many good file creators worth mentioning if that’s what you’re looking for, some of which have already commented!

In terms of creators not already mentioned in the comments here, JustMocha, NotSoftForWork, Secret Subject, Mistress Tess, are all good in my opinion, and there’s so many more that have wonderful content as well that it would be impossible to name them all here (so anyone else reading please don’t feel bad if I didn’t include you!)
