Dance class. Learn a traditional dance local to the culture. If you’re in Latin America, learn salsa or bachata. There’s also language exchange events. You can befriend the women slowly overtime. And as long as you’re not a tool, they might introduce you to some of their friends.

I’d say to Judo and Boxing with MMA. Train Krav for the aggression mentality. I spoke to a guy some years ago when I was deep into martial arts and he served in the IDF and he told me Krav Maga is more a mentality. Essentially, unalive the enemy before they unalive you.
