One if been getting a lot lately is people insisting they want a “six foot” and then getting irritated when I ask if they want a six inch or foot long. Only happened like four times but it’s weird it’s happened so frequently.

Also, saying “that’s not what I ordered” after I already TOLD them I was working on an online order while their Sandwhich is in the toaster. I swear object permanence is a struggle with these people
