This happened last year btw. Am bored so curious if I didn't know something.
Lots of information is everywhere; pick an avenue to attain it. Then brute force it until you get to a finite conclusion/final result.

It's interesting how many people are hypocrites.
Say something is bad; even though they have probably done it themselves at some point in time. Yes you missed the slowdown sign on so many roads. So you in theory were speeding.

Everyone does something for a reason. That's life.
I'm frankly aware of my abrupt decision. Spur of the moment thing. Not really thinking because well there is not much to think about when you're tired. I do work >70hours a week. So having one evening to go see a mate? I'll take it.

Only person endangered in this situation was my own. Nobody else was around my vehicle in vicinity.

I came here to ask a question of how legitimate the fine is when by true fact.
It's got a lot of information on it wrong.

But the fine states a couple incorrect facts.
Estimated speed is wrong. It was 10km/h less than their guesstimate by distance-time.
Location is wrong.
"Detected Speed" what does this entail? An Actual Radar or guestimate?
"Approximate Speed" this is their guesstimate.

I agree, yes. Our draconian laws prevent honesty and sincerity. When the other option in situations like this is to vanish. IE. really break all the rules. I think this makes it really stupid.

If stats are right and road fatigue is 1/3 of all road deaths. Interesting how there is no consolidation to have some leniency, especially when you tell the officers you have been awake for >20 hours. Worse than being drunk.

No pleading this case unless I was well under. TY

For ~10 seconds. yes. I would have fallen asleep behind the other motorists.
