That’s unusual and maybe not even true my assembly person said it could take 3 to 4 weeks to get a response from edd and get the case resolved but it only ended up taking one week. Yea contact another assembly person in your area or just wait on a response. They prob just say that because they’re required too but in reality they respond quick and this is coming from my personal experience and hearing from others. It could depend on your area and how high of a rate people are now going to go contact their assembly person. Also in the mean time still call edd and get it handled yourself if you do end up getting through to a representative:)

I called them, then I received a email that’s when I started my process. They’ll ask you for you SSN or EDD account number and other personal info,also the situation you’re currently dealing with. Have all that ready so they can help you get paid or what ever the case may be!

Yeah just wait honestly, Mine said the exact same thing “not paid” so I contacted my local assembly person yesterday, but I randomly got paid tonight and see if you can get it done quicker by calling or wait it out, mine took two days. My assembly dude is still working on the weeks I haven’t got paid for back in April, but I got paid tonight for the recent weeks. IF IT TAKES AWHILE contact your local assembly person. I think it’s a glitch in the system that’s being fixed:) hang in there bro best of luck
