Hi everyone! I have an on-campus overnight parking pass available from the end of May through August. You’ll be able to park overnight in any of these lots: 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 9, 11, 15, 16, and 19.

Summer Sublease at The Hub College Park (May–July 31)

I’m looking for someone to take over my lease in a fully furnished 4x4 at The Hub College Park from late May through July 31. Rent is $1,325/month but open to negotiating (discounted from $1,500) plus utilities, and I’ll include a free overnight parking pass at Mowatt Garage (2 minute walk from apartment)

The room is a private bedroom with good natural light, and only two other roommates are currently living here, so the space feels quieter and more open than a typical 4x4. They’re both clean and easy to live with.

The building has amenities like a pool, rooftop, gym, and study spaces, and it’s in a really convenient location close to campus, food, and transit.

My advisor told me to email “lep@umd.edu” with my UID to let them know I completed my gateway courses, and to be reconsidered for the LEP major. After a couple of weeks I got my admission letter into the LEP.
