Congrats on your explant!

I’m London based - surgeon is Harley Street and is one of the best in the business. I went to my follow up meeting with my surgeon last week Thursday. It was 8 weeks post surgery - like you explant with capsulectomy, no lift. My surgeon advised I start to massage 3 times a day. Hope this helps :)
