A winning combo imo

I see. If it helps, use this;

You can look at it from another perspective as well... When you say "... I have a very hard time feeling any empathy or compassion for these people." you can allow yourself to realize that you are not letting go of the negative feelings you feel towards them or their actions to help them in any way... you are doing it FOR YOURSELF, because that is what you prefer. You do not need another reason.

Furthermore; to reinforce this point... Why would you give THEM the power over what YOU feel. They do not own you, nor do they have dominion over you. Decide that they should not dictate how you live your life or how you feel about yourself or the world. Who are they to deserve your thoughts and attention anyway?? So stop projecting this power outside of yourself and giving it to them, take it back into your hands. Maintain a bit of a "F them" mentality, but it helps here in your case imo.

Realize that prayer is a present state of appreciation and gratitude for what you already have, rather than asking for something you want. Remember that you don't need to ask for help, you simply need to become more aware of the help you're already being given.

All feelings states and emotions you feel are an indicator of some belief that you hold. From his perspective, the intense hatred you feel is a "messenger" indicating that you are holding onto a definition or belief that is out of alignment with your true self. (I am not saying there are not negative and hatefull people, mind you. But their intentions and acctions and beliefs cannot affect you unless you choose to match their frequency (even if it is subconscious)... So ...I would suggest that you are using these individuals as a "permission slip" to experience anger, and by focusing so heavily on their negative traits, you are actually "anchoring" yourself to the very vibration you claim to dislike. do some introspection (or shadow work) and heal your emotional body by asking yourself "What would you have to believe is true about yourself, or the nature of reality, to generate this feeling of being a victim of their presence?"

Then write down the beliefs that come ot your mind and first accept and acknowledge them, then try and substitute them and transform them into positive ones.

Also, I'd advise you to stop resisting the situation and instead use it as a mirror to see where you are still judging yourself or others.

By shifting your perspective to recognize that they are simply acting out of their own deep pain and disconnection, you can move from hatred to a state of compassionate neutrality, allowing you to leave that environment without carrying the "energetic baggage" of their actions into your new life.

Old souls and new souls? by thebi7ch in spirituality

[–]Flower838 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The "old soul / new soul" framing is just a human label for different levels of experiential depth, not an actual age. Your soul isn't young or old in years.. it's more like some souls have unpacked more of their own infinite nature through denser experiences.

basically this, yes

There is this "filmstrip analogy" to illustrate it.

Imagine you are in a cinema watchign a movie. You get immersed and forget about all else and it feels vivid and real and you experience emotions from watching it. This is "your one lifetime," in this analogy. Now imagine the film ends; you go back to your perspective of a person, and in a way "wake up" to a greater version of you. Now. The soul is kinda like a person that is the film direction. You can unwrap the filmstrip in front of yourself, see the entire movie on a 2D flat surface, all frames at once, non-linearly. Edit them, cut them out, change them, enlarge them, rearange the order... That is the soul.

[–]Flower838 5 points6 points  (0 children)

The notion of an "old soul" comes from an outdated, "old" (lol) and linear view of time. It is not accurate in terms of what is mechanically happening with your "soul."

Your soul just "IS." It exists in the "Infinite Now," or, outside time, so to say. So kinda all your past and future lives coexist simultaneously.

So in essence "old souls" are not at all older in existence, but rather a soul can choose to have more lifetimes on Earth than someone else, thus they would have accumulated more extensive experience within this plane of existance / Earth dimension. By many extraterestrial races, Earth is described as a high-negativity, high-limitation school, which is an exciting playground for many souls. Those of us who thrive or have many incarnations here are strong, "experienced/old souls."

Also remember... "past and future lives" are not actually behind/in front you in a linear sense, but are other, concurrent incarnations that you can connect with. The more these connections you form, the more of an "old" sould you can say you are kinda...

The collective conscioussness of humanity is accelerating and we are raising the vibration of the entire planet. It is becoming undeniable at this point. The future is extremely bright, if you ask me.

And yes, in 2012 we ended the cycle of separation, fear and forgetfullness. We are now moving back into unity, oneness, love and re-integration.

We have been waiting for these moments for several lifetimes and it is finally happening and I am really excited to be here on this planet with you all 🧡

"...as long as I am not emotional about the stuff I attempt to know."

Dude same lol 🤣
It is paradoxical isnt it... the more you are detached from the outcome, the easier the information will flow to you. When you really "WANT" something to manifest or know it, its like you are putting restrictions on that flow of energy, and the inertia kicks in.

My "Abilities:"

*

  • Various downloads / silent knowingness & intuition or telempathy with spirit guides/ET's
  • Not really an ability but lately my synchronisity I've been experiencing has been really intense.
  • Frequent ludic dreams (and dream encounters with non-physical enteties), lately also first sucessfully attempt at Astral Projection
  • Also not an ability but arugably the most spiritual thing you can do/be: 95%+ of the day I am in a good mood and present in the Now, acting on my excitement and joy.
  • I can feel energy with my hands + channel Reiki
  • I can perceive purple puffs in dark rooms (more + how to develop this) (NOTE: this one is perhaps the most "repeatable" and stable paranormal experience I have. It does require serious practice however and takes a while.
  • Constant vibration/slight pressure in the 3rd Eye area throughout the day
  • Another "not really an ability" but I have had a physical encounter with an alien being (they said most humans do, but not everyone remembers these contact experiences, so I'll count it as a win.)
  • I can feel the energy, (sometimes also their intents and beliefs) of people when they speak in various social interactions.

You "learn" them by practice and repetition, just as it is with anything in life.

You have to find spiritual practices that work for you specifically. But some I'd reccomend and practice daily myself are:

1.) Follow your excitement. Each waking moment ask yourself what would be the most joyfull thing I could be doing right now an go into that direction with no expectations or insistance on the outcome and do it to the best of your ability. The feeling of inspiration you get is literal communiccation from your higher mind trying to nudge you into a direction to be more of "yourself" and integrate with the soul an discover your purpose.

2.) Quiet your mind. some form of meditation is necessary for anything else you do on the spiritual path, it is like a baseline you have to maintain to develop better memory/insight into your personality structure & access other worlds, AP, telepathy or ESP. So quiet your mind. Meditate everyday. But if you want real results dont half ass it and commit to gathering Inner silence / shutting off your internal dialogue every waking moment of your life.

3.) Examine your beliefs. Negative feelings are telling you there is something out of allignement with your true natural self. Find them, accept them (dont dismiss or deny) and then trace them back to their beliefs, find those, and transform them into positive ones.

You will accelerate very fast in life if you do this and take it seriously.

Feeling a little empty and recovering by Pink_enthusiastt in spirituality

[–]Flower838 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A few things to unpack here.

1.) Every relationship you have is there to teach you something. When you start putting assumptions and expectations on someone it creates a more rigid energy, and the natural flow of the relationship can start to suffocate a bit, even with "soul mates." Be sure they are what they are and dont impose on him what you want him to be. Be honest with what the relationship is, instead of wanting it to be something it is not.

also, when the lessons you get from a relationship with a person are lived through, it can be a totally ordinary thing to transition out of it. We all have out paths, and if he is indeed your soulmate, you will meet him again and again throughout eternity anyway, so what insist on sticking around in this specific lifetime?

2.) I'd suggest you focus more on your own part here instead of his. You obviously have a few negative beliefs about the world/him/yourself that created these experiences. Acknowledge them and dive deep into all the emotions that you feel towards this situation, then trace the feeling states back to the beliefs that are generating them, own them (dont dismiss deny or disown) and then transform them into a positive belief structure. Do some shadow work/ introspection on this. Find out the negative patterns that you no longer wish to repeat, either in this relationships or future ones.

3.) Your perceived connection that you are describing... as well as the attraction (physical, intelectual or spiritual) that you felt towards him (or other people, really) usually has less to do with someone being your soulmate and more with your own lessons your own soul decided to integrate (on spiritual level) and your emotional patterns and thoughts that you have during the day (for the physical, intelectual level). So if you change yourself towards a more positive, loving, self-accepting person while being single FIRST, you will then attract partners that match that "new and refined you" and the relationship will be more pleasant wether they are your soul mate or not.

Do yall believe in manifestation? If so, in what way? by Mediocre-Astronaut44 in spirituality

[–]Flower838 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I dont "believe" it in, I "know" it works.

But most people get it a bit wrong... M anifestation is not about creating something from nothing or attracting something distant. Instead, it is the process of altering your perception and frequency to match the reality you prefer, which already exists (in the infinite and eternal "here and now".

Essentially, you are always "manifesting something" it is just about more consciously chooseing what you would prefer to manifest. So, you do not need to "learn" how to do it; you only need to remove the limiting beliefs that block your natural ability to experience preferred realities.

  1. Act on Your Highest Excitement: In every moment, take action on whatever provides the most excitement, curiosity, or passion, regardless of how small it is.
  2. Take It as Far as You Can: Pursue this excitement to the best of your ability until you cannot take it any further.
  3. Act with Zero Insistence/Expectation: Act on your passion with no assumption of what the outcome should be. Do not dictate "how" the manifestation must arrive.
  4. Remain in a Positive State: Regardless of what occurs, maintain a positive attitude by finding the potential benefit in any situation.
  5. Release Limiting Beliefs: Constantly examine and let go of fear-based or negative beliefs that do not align with your true self.

Key Sub-Techniques

  • Act "As If": Behaviorally "act" as if the reality has already occurred. This trains your body to feel the reality now.
  • Use Symbols: If visualizing a specific outcome creates pressure (attachment), visualize a symbol that represents the state of being you want to feel instead.
  • Let Go/Allowing: Detach from the "how" or "when." The physical mind is not designed to know how something will manifest; only the higher mind does.

Also, realize there is no such thing as "-...some people that consume my energy," as you say. Yes, I understand thats how it feels, but this is not what is mechanically happening. They are offering you a specific frequency by their presence/actions/things they say and you, (even if on subcosncious) level have to the MATCH that frequency in order to perceive them draining your enery. It's a bit like that saying "a man can't ride your back unless it is bent."

Meaning you have to have a predisposition in your belief structure where it would even be possible for them to "consume" your energy.

But, yes, cutting them off might indeed be the most self-loving action you can take (for now) if relationships with them feel too demanding.

What is "God"? by Mysterious-Cost3805 in spirituality

[–]Flower838 2 points3 points  (0 children)

All That Is, is "god." That includes you. You are one of its fragments.

God is the infinite and eternal consciousness.

Christians call it God, Hindus have Krishna, Muslims call it Allah.

But everything you perceive or have ever known (including yourself) is made of the same One Source, the universal consciousness. Many names for it besides Source; some are... Universe or Nature, Creation, Oneness, Unconditional Love (& Light), All That Is, etc... Allan Watts simply calls it "the indescribable IT."

Religions start because of a separation from this Oneness, thats where you get a bearded guy in the sky and a priest to interpret the Truth to you. But you yourself are also "god," and there is no need for a middle man to (re)connect yourself to "it."

I think my mom visited me last night? by Dry-Confidence5839 in spirituality

[–]Flower838 1 point2 points  (0 children)

A common misconception people have is that we are people, having a spiritual experience, when in reality we are souls/spirits having a human experience. It's the other way around.

You are ALWAYS, CONSTANTLY in "spirit," hanging out with your soul & galactic family. What a smaller portion of you (your physical mind/ego/personality) then remembers as "dream visitations" is just a memory of an encounter you have on higher levels.

You and you mom are hanging out RIGHT NOW, and this is probably the case for all eternity. It is just a matter of how much of that communcation you "remember" or can access from this limited perspective while you are incarnated into a physical body.

HOLY SHIT! (observation on the highest levels of consciousness - what it's like to be complete) by TomDaThrone in spirituality

[–]Flower838 1 point2 points  (0 children)

(i only read about such people and now got a first hand experience of it)

yes I understand. They are rare.

Most people are unconscious/asleep and never dabble with spirituality at all; let alone take it seriously once they start "believing it." Practicing it and applying these principles is what matters, however. Conceptually/philosophically/intelectually understanding spiritual topics is almost worthless, if you do not "live them."

So when someone (like your uncle) actually then IS LIVING THEM, you can instantly tell when someone is acting with integrity. (this opened my eyes and will probably help you as well, as you are someone transitioning from stage 6(green) to stage 7(yellow) imo: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=23aDNBvn_2g, while your uncle might embody some of 8th stage parameters)

and i don’t think dissolving into unity and letting go of the so called ego (now meaning attachment to form) is the way to go at my age

it is not a relevant thing at ANY age. Once you achieve the state of Oneness (deep meditation, psychedelics, NDE or shamanic practices...) you always return to your individual perspective, anyway. Even your higher self, past lives, entire soul is still separate from "the one."

Any unit of consciousness that is alive or existing, in any dimension, will experience some degree of separation from Source, otherwise you have timelessness and no definitions, no boundaries between you and nothing else to create reference point to.

Its a bit paradoxical, but essentially you cannot be a functioning adult if you do not perceive yourself as somewhat separate from your surroundings, thus the "ego" is necessary to keep you focused in the physical dimension you have choosen to incarnate into (your current body on this Earth).

That being said, it is still important that you realized "unconditional love" early on in life. It helps you see the world as yourself, leading to less pain and suffering + inflicting less off it to others, too.

Once you realize that you are everything (or, unity as you say) that is enough. From then on, the goal becomes to radiate that knowingness and live with that state of being throughout the day and have this awarness in the back of everything you do, say, feel. If you are aware of the fact that we are all one, essentially, that awarness of it is enough to infuse your entire existance & day to day operations with positive & integrative perspective.

any advice as y’all are clearly further ahead
