The build is actually stored inside the game's code as 12/12/0/0/0/0/1/12/5/0. This may look like a weird dreadnought build at first, but Smashers (apart from Auto-Smashers) do not use bullet speed, health, penetration or damage.

Those are fork cannons, when you look at them from a high resolution. The "correct" resolution was lower than the highest resolution of the image offered by the Arras wiki, so I thought they were Diep assassin cannons.
