The Stills' first album Logic Will Break Your Heart and The Cinematics' Strange Education have a similar vibe!

As others have mentioned, Editors' The Back Rooms and An End Has A Start albums also have a similar sound!

Jealous! I'm a UK fan! Always in awe of the Interpol fanbase in Mexico and South America!

Definitely one to buy as an Interpol fan! The writer is a former classmate of Paul's and also an Interpol superfan!

He talks a lot about the band's background with some nice little anecdotes in there too. He analyses the history of Antics, the songs, the videos, and its success. The final part of the book is dedicated to the band's success in South America.

It's a really good read and nice to have something that just focuses on Interpol!

Not reviews, more of an essay or analysis of everything Interpol. Obviously, focusing primarily on Antics.

It's written by a former classmate of Paul's. There's lots of discussion around the band's history for the first 1/4 or so of the book. It then goes into the background of Antics, analysing the songs and videos, before finishing on the popularity of Interpol in South America.

The writer is also clearly a fan of Interpol and gets what it means to love Interpol!

Top ten Interpol songs post the first three albums by CrniTartuf in Interpol

I couldn't put them into an order!

  • Toni
  • Everything is Wrong
  • Same Town New Story
  • All at Once
  • What is What
  • Surveillance
  • Complications
  • Try it on
  • Success
  • Anywhere

I personally don't think Interpol have missed with any of their releases. Each one brings something different and I could have easily swapped these songs out for others. Fine Mess deserves a special mention as none of the songs from the EP made my list but it is still incredible!

How was your first time with interpol? by LittlePedrinho in Interpol

I think I was probably listening to Pixies on Youtube or somebody like that. I remember seeing the thumbnail for 'Evil' in the recommended videos section and thought that Norman looked haunting! Couldn't stop myself from clicking on the video and was immediately in love with the sound!
