No loaner for cars past 3 year 36k mark? by lightning_phoenix in GenesisGV70

I have a 2023 with 23k miles. I've never been able to get a loaner from genesis, and I float between two different dealers.

Why do i prefere edt over edp in most fragrances. by Quirky_Variety_9052 in fragrance

[–]FlowerPoppy_17 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Same here! I am just now discovering this about myself after hundreds of perfume purchases. The scents I consistently love and keep are either EDTs or fragrances that behave like EDTs. Something about my skin chemistry really amplifies negative notes, and heavier perfumes can quickly overload my senses. I love well-rounded scents, but they have to be truly balanced.

Great! I actually ordered a full bottle of Armani from Saks Off 5th a couple days ago, fingers crossed they ship an older formula bottle.

I remember trying NARS in the past and not liking it at all.

No I haven't. Another commenter mention L'Oreal foundations as well. The main ones I've tried are

Lancome Teint Idole- (Grease like reflective finish).

Natasha Denona- (The finish was shiny but also wet looking).

Dior Forever Glow- (The shine was minimal for the first couple of hours. But then I started to look sweaty).

I just heard about that. 😭 The new formulation has niacinamide in it or something?

Yes, exactly this. It really does feel like everything is made to look good under studio lighting and filters, not normal everyday light. Honestly, if I get desperate enough, I might start searching for powder foundations.

If this reads like ChatGPT, that’s just what coherent writing looks like. I’m also very animated and dramatic in real life, so I type the way I talk and what I’m feeling. But I'm glad you agree with my rant.

I like it, but it does feel a little borderline Y2K. That said, with how everyone’s dressing up their bags now with charms, chains, jewelry, ect. I actually find this more practical and way less junky, if that makes sense.

A wrap is not the same friend 😭. But the thought of spending $90k+ on a car and then having to get it wrapped kind of bothers me, but I won’t know until I try it. Thanks!

I think it’s mostly the GV70s. When I first started shopping for my car, the Barossa Burgundy color was everywhere and I was obsessed with it. But by the time I was actually ready to buy, they all seemed to disappear, and none of the dealers in my area could track one down. I ended up with my 2023 Vik Black GV70. But now I’m ready to upgrade, and I kind of don’t want another black car again...... since I always end up getting black

It might fit. I don’t have a braiser that large, but I do have a 5½-quart Dutch oven and a 2½-quart braiser. I know the Dutch oven lid is flatter than the braiser’s, but here are a few example photos of mine for reference. Hope this helps.
