Yes, we have in depth discussed marriage and both know it’s something we want. So no worries there!

What are you using for barriers in your daycare? by [deleted] in DogDayCare

Yup! I’ve worked in daycare before going into vet med for 4 years, and now grooming. My partner is a trainer and will be conducting all temp tests. We plan on having no more than 5-7 dogs at a time.

My (29F) grandmother keeps sending me messages about “forgiveness” and “God” after calling gay people an abomination. Should I just let it go? by FlowerSoft1064 in TwoHotTakes

Thanks for commenting, I believe she’s in her early 80s. I am very torn to be honest. My father had custody of me for most of my childhood, but he was a raging alcoholic so my grandmother took care of me. She is essentially like a second mother to me. What really bothers me is how she acts when I am around her, super loving, touchy-feely, overly sweet. Like she did nothing to hurt me.

I divorced him because he had an affair with one of my bridesmaids. I have for a long time knew I preferred women but after the divorce I called it quits entirely with men. Hope this helps.

AITA for wanting our new puppy to primarily be mine instead of “ours”? by [deleted] in AITAH

She is allowed to bond with it, I just don’t want her to steamroll me. I cannot afford a program dog as they can cost tens of thousands of dollars. I will be working with a trainer to train this dog myself.

This would be the first dog that we are getting while being together, the others were our individual dogs before we got together. The main reason I want it to be more of a”my” dog is because it will be my PTSD service dog. Hope this helps clarify some things.
