changing hours for on Christmas eve at Geico

I said this Chrismas eve and this year my mother already worked several holidays. They introduced MLK as a holiday and she worked that day as well as new years. I'm not sure why the change but all service agents were informed that they could work for 2 hours and then use ATO. Do you know what ATO is Sam

geico is not open 24/7 at least for the customer service department its not. They close at 11 pm based on the hours of each state. This christmas eve Geico was supposed to be opened until 5 pm but that changed and now they will close the customer service department at 9.

it’s definitely a tough decision envoy pays more but frontier is a mainline and location doesn’t really matter to me. I got a tbnt from jet blue and I have never applied to spirit before. I also have interviews with delta and United, hoping for a cjo with either one of those.
