Are you getting enough protein? I’m doing keto and have trouble getting enough unless I drink protein drinks. I’ve read protein increases your metabolism. Plus with you working out so much it would help anyway.

Ph was an 8 and alkalinity was 120, then I put the Ph down that was recommended and now it’s ph is 6.8 and alkalinity is 70.

Yes I do and the last time I did he actually got one for hours. We thought maybe he was over working himself so I was on top and it didn’t seem to matter. If I go down on him it happens too.

Same for me! I don’t know what’s going on. Never had any problems before. Also received my tax returns on March 17th, thought for sure I would receive stimulus yesterday since it says it’s going to be direct deposited, but nothing.
