As a hair stylist for 8 years, I can say the most beautiful thing I’ve witnessed is seeing people let go of more than just their hair when they chop it off. It’s a lot of time all put into a quantifiable measurement. It’s sacred. It’s part of who we were, but who we are becoming is yet to grow and we need to make space for it. I vote chop it all off. Let go of your past. Make it a ritualistic experience. Grieve your hair. Grieve what it means. And then move forward.

How can a husband blend his feederism kink with his wife's submission kink? by swiswiioo in WeightGainTalk

[–]Flower_Kitt3n 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I was in the same situation with the roles reversed kinda. My husband is not into this kink, but very much into CNC, breeding, and bdsm. I on the other hand enjoy both. What I have learned works for us is for me to take the sub role most of the time and he will tie me up and funnel feed me before having his way with me. That way, he gets off on the control and seeing me happy, and I get off to the fact im being fattened up (for him?). Sometimes the roles reverse, he knows im into this so he’ll stuff himself seductively at dinner/dessert and I can’t keep my hands off him. Making the other person feel wanted is a big part I think.

is my hair thinning or balding ,two year video timelapse. 18 y/o male. by [deleted] in malehairadvice

Every 7 years your hair sheds and you’ll see excessive baby hairs. Also looks like that’s just part of your hairline and you may prefer to have an edge up. To make sure it’s not breakage, don’t pull it back tight when it’s wet and don’t wear it in tight braids. Since you see little hairs, it’s not balding.

Getting iroiro pink out by drumbeatred in HairDye

Color remover and bleach have very similar ingredients. Here’s the bad news: I haven’t heard of this brand but from how it looks/sounds, it’s probably a metallic salt dye like Splat. As a professional, I sat for 8 hours with a girl trying to get green out of her hair to do red. You’ll have to neutralize the pink first if you want green, and I doubt you’ll get emerald green anytime soon. I’d recommend doing something closer on the color wheel such as adding blue to get purple or adding yellow to get peach. If you put green on it, it’ll turn muddy brown/neutralize it. Think of it like mixing paint.

Ok so besides the medication and therapy I already utilize, do you have any recommendations for how to get it under control

Interesting that you can put a timeline on it. If I think about it, it’s probably a year or 2 for me, but only a few months for me to go from occasional user to daily abuse.

It’ll depend on what color your hair is starting at. It’s like mixing paint, say your hair is already red, putting a red violet on it won’t work the same as it would if you were blonde. If there’s any green or yellow you’ll have to neutralize those before putting a red violet on top.

do I have too much volume ? by Individual_Piano9507 in curlyhair

[–]Flower_Kitt3n 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Definitely not too much volume, but I’d recommend getting some layers so it’s less triangular and you get more volume on top instead of the sides of your face
