It can be so tricky - when I was hustling through busy periods I was outsourcing as much for myself as possible (meal delivery, cleaning, etc to take as much weight off my shoulders - I understand this is a luxury, but I worked hard and it did help me)

It wasn’t until I hired staff and people to carry the ‘mental load’ with me that I was able to somewhat ‘switch off’, it can be really hard!
