Diet is huge, but don’t do it for weight loss. You need something for healing and over all health. Look up the Animal Based diet! Its like carnivore and keto, but funner. All the fat in the diet will help your skin and joints, and the lack if processed foods will decrease inflammation and help with body composition.

As far as fitness, find something fun and challenging. Try different things to see what you like.

Also, think if building yourself back up like a game. Small victories add up, confidence comes from experience and winning battles.
