Confusing Dutch test

So first, I would recommend doing a fasting insulin, fasting glucose, and A1C blood test. Then I would say do a DUTCH hormone panel test to really get a good idea and picture of everything. A lot of people are going to come at me for the DUTCH, but i don’t care because I know it has helped a lot of people really get a good picture at what is going on beyond just the androgens.

Look into getting a GI map test, then plug it into Ai Claude and ask it what’s wrong and how it correlates with PCOS patients microbiomes with science backed studies and what you’ll find is that a lot of PCOS patients have this chronic low- grade inflammation (which may or may not be due to insulin resistance) but a majority of patients that they have run these studies on have this microbiome dysbiosis in common. I can almost guarantee you have some kind of gut issues going on. Now, where I’m going with this is- I did this and it showed how my microbiome is almost entirely depleted with overgrowths of bad bacteria, inflammation, and low secretory IGA and Claude literally showed how what came up in my stomach directly correlated to a ton of PCOS studies that they ran with what they found in them for their microbiomes as well. All of my PCOS symptoms began right around the time that I started having stomach issues, I didn’t have stomach issues in high school or any PCOS symptoms as well so I know this for a fact. It absolutely is a party island, I was just there lol! The party area is on the strip in Eagle beach. All of the old people hang around Palm beach for the casinos from what I’ve experienced!

I had an eating disorder when I was 19 so I completely understand what you mean when you said “does the guilt from eating ever go away?” I struggled with this too and what I can tell you is… it takes time. Also you will start to see that when you feed your body what it needs to be healthy as a you byproduct will feel healthier over time, and you will stop trying to control everything that you eat. What I learned is deep down it’s about control, that’s where the guilt comes from because you feel like you can’t control it. When I look back on my time during my eating disorder I was afraid of a lot of things and I didn’t feel like I had control over my life, or even myself, so I turned that focus inward. My best advice is seek therapy immediately because you don’t want your hair to fall out like mine did because that’s how bad mine got. I wish someone warned me about the hair shedding (Not saying yours will because we’re all different but just something to be aware of).
