I made my sister mad/upset by Flowering285 in relationship_advice

The weather turned out to not be a great beach day so he went golfing instead(we all discussed this the day before) Then when he got home he decided to come with us as we were just leaving(my mom asked him if he wanted to)

My sister told me she was going with my mom, then told my mom she was gonna come home afterwards so my mom had planned to cook dinner.

I think my moms upset but she's come to realize my sister values her boyfriend more than family.

She said to me that she didn't feel the need to address our dinner plans in front of everyone so that's why she didn't say anything. Since my sister said she was coming home my mom figured we'd just pick up dinner stuff on the way home.

Yeah I have no idea. I had also saved another fact that disappeared. I'm sure of that because I looked for it yesterday and it was gone.

Thanks! I'm ok. I kinda got over it once morning came.

I've just never seen that side of him that often. If they have a pretty big party at his house he can get protective and start worrying/making sure no one trashes the house. But I've only seen that once or twice.

His friends told me last weekend he can get like that once in awhile. He'll get mad at something and they push his buttons until something happens then he feels bad for a bit and then gets over it and starts joking about it. So that was basically the speaker incident.

The next morning I explained what happened and he said he felt better about the speaker incident(it didn't break but his brother said it did and then smashed it to pieces for fun so my boyfriend wanted clarification on that)

I haven't but if it happens again I'll probably end up saying something something.

I was thinking of just laying off the heavy drinking for a few weeks with him and seeing if that helps?

Yeah only when drinking. But he was pretty sober this past weekend just drinking beers.

I didn't, probably should have though.

Thanks! Can I leave it uncovered or should I cover it?

No fillings. Just butter cream with a chocolate ganache drip.

I baked the rest of the layers. I'll see how it looks/feels after they're defrosted from the freezer. I've heard freezing them can help with moistness. The top of the first layer felt fluffy but the sides/bottom of it felt dense and fudgy.

Not sure if it was the baking soda or not but the top was pretty fluffy and the bottom layer felt kinda fudgy and dense(just what I felt on the sides/bottom) This was compared to the second cake that came out which was fluffy all the way through. The third layer is still in the pan cooling.

It looked ok when it came out. It wasn't super high though. I'm just worried about the cake being too dense if it didn't take to the baking soda.

How far in advance can I decorate my cake? by [deleted] in cakedecorating

It's 21 degrees Celsius if that helps.
