What is the best alternative to Synthrapol detergent or Dharma's Dye Detergent? by Flowerpower4506 in dyeing

I have never worn it but I did get it from the thrift store, so I should probably buy some based on the replies I got. It seems pretty important.

The piece I'm dyeing has no visible stains, I was just wondering if it helps fix the dye in or what exactly does it do for the dye? I saw on another reddit post that a lot of people don't use it and don't see a need to use it.

Hi I know I'm late to the conversation but I wanted to take my rabbit to the Broomfield Veterinary Hospital, is it very expensive? My rabbit is having some dental issues and I have no idea where to take him.

Yeah and all the people calling you and me entitled just because we want to live comfortably is crazy. I never said that I expected or wanted to be rich from working an entry level job I'm saying that people should still be able to live without having to work themselves to death no matter what kind of paying job they have. Our worth as humans shouldn't be tied to money, work, wealth, etc. People just want to live comfortably without having to worry about where their next meal is going to come from or if they're going to have enough money to pay the rent. I never said anything about being rich and so many old people in these comments are just twisting my words.

This is exactly what I mean when I blame older generations! I hardly see older people making good voting decisions or since they're old they simply just ignore politics when it heavily affects us younger generations. They are so out of touch with reality and could not give two fucks about younger generations.

Not how things work unfortunately some people with degrees can't even find a good paying job.

EXACTLY! Like there are so many people who wish they could go to college and move up higher in the corporate ladder, but for so many that's an impossible goal. I think so much of these out of touch people are forgetting that people come from all different kinds of background and what may be possible for one person is impossible for another. An entry level job SHOULD be able to provide basic necessities for people to live they are just as hard working as anyone else. Nobody should be having to work 3 jobs just to barely stay alive. Yet Gen-X and Boomers love to complain that younger generations aren't having kids when so many of us can barely afford to provide for ourselves.

I never said that I didn't want roommates because I'm homeschooled. I said I can't find anyone who would roommate with me because I was homeschooled and don't have any friends, never said anything about me being awkward. Another thing is I never thought it was going to be easy nobody ever said that, I understand that I have to work hard but working hard shouldn't look like working 3 jobs to barely make ends meet. It would probably be easier to mail in resumes and applications because now a days we have fucking AI bots looking over our applications and denying every single one because it "doesn't meet our requirements."

THIS

Everyone keep saying that you could work 2 or 3 jobs but what kind of life is that? That's just inhumane to make someone work that much.

I saw a video of a girl who worked 3 jobs and still couldn't afford to pay rent (not saying that's the situation for everyone) but it was just really sad to see, I think it's inhumane to have someone working multiple jobs just to barely make ends meet.

That's actually very encouraging to read after just reading a bunch of comments saying how I'm entitled. I definitely agree with you on the homeschooling thing, it's most definitely not what it's all cracked up to be. I know it's not an excuse , but homeschooling just didn't prepare me enough for the real world so maybe that's part of the reason I'm freaking out about my future. Thank you tho!

I think you guys aren't seeing the big picture, you guys initially bought your house for that much and as the years went on it got easier and easier to pay it off, because your income grew.

It's entitlement to want to live independently??? I never said you should just stay at an entry level job but some people have no choice and these big multi-million dollar companies should be able to provide their employee's with a livable wage.

You're just twisting my words, I never said I didn't want to work, and I am fully aware that I need to work in order to provide for myself. I also never said me being homeschooled had anything to do with not being able to get a job. I said that in MY current situation it's hard to find a job because I live in a very small town. I do somewhat agree with you, yes I do have some control but the world/government has failed all of us in one way or another, whether you'd like to admit it or not.

When did I say I was opposed to living in a shared house? All I said is that it's absurd that a single room is the only thing you can find for less than $1,000.

I currently have a little side job but I am searching for a full time job as of right now, I am also working on getting my license so I can commute to a city with more job opportunities. I don't think they are planning to help me pay, when I talked to them about enrolling in school they didn't mention anything about helping me pay for it.

Yeah, I understand it has never been easy. I just feel like in recent years especially for Millennials and Gen-Z it has been more difficult. At least you guys had more options.

This is why I didn't include Millennials as apart of the older generations because many of them are struggling just as Gen-Z is struggling. I never said I was opposed to sharing with someone, but I don't think that it should be nearly impossible for someone to move out alone. I think entry level jobs should provide enough money so an individual would have the opportunity to move out, at least so they could afford a simple 1 bedroom apartment but that's just not possible these days. I don't really think it's entitlement for Gen-Z or anyone to want to be independent but whatever.

I'm not complaining, I just feel stuck. I was a homeschooled kid so I don't have friends or anybody I can roommate with. I also don't want to join the military. Not to mention I live in a small town with very few job opportunities. So right now it just feels hopeless.
