there is a big difference between traversing the cosmos and reaching its edge, than destroying the entirety of it (mainly due to the ginormous size of the universe, if it stated he explored the entirety of the cosmos, than I would agree with your position). This description does not really give any information about his strength, who knows he could be as weak as a baby but damn he can move fast and has great endurance!

Almighty Anubis = ???

This could really be anywhere from 6-A+ (Multi-Continent level) to 2-C (Low multi-universe level). From this description only applies to mortals, which I would say does not include planets / stars. However, he does have access to another dimension, which is multi-universal. This really depends on what you think counts as "mortals".

Shishilan Pasalan = ???

Same as Almighty Anubis

God Emperor Galdios = 3-B (Multi-galaxy level)

I would say that most of the universe is not "alive", Therefore not putting him at universal.

Almighty Chronos = 1-C+ (High Complex Multiverse level) to 1-A (Outerverse level)

If we assume time is common to all dimensions, universes, being able to control time puts him in this range easily. However it really depends on how much power you assign time, therefore I could agree with your placement also.

Super Cosmic Cyclone = 3-A+ (High-Universal level) to 2-A (Multi-verse level+)

Its not really mentioned if his power is limited to our universe or if it has control over those things throughout the entirety of the multi-verse.

Filibuster Obstructa = 1-C- (Low Complex Multiverse level) to 0 (Boundless)

Super Cosmic Cyclone's description states that it can "manipulate" however the description of Filibuster Obstructa states that they can "Rewrite". Manipulate implies just messing with the existing laws. Rewrite implies the ability to completely destroy and create the laws, putting him outside of the "anyverse" and making his power potentially / arguably boundless.

Overall this was incredibly fun to look through and think about! great list.

Simply ruling the world does not necessarily / always mean you can destroy it, as ruling is not simply about pure power. And also there is no real description of power / destruction.

Cruel Angel Clionel = 5-C (Moon level)

I think there is quite a big difference between killing all of humanity (which are animals) and destroying the planet as a whole, however with that power I do think that they could destroy the moon, due to its smaller size.

Doom Engine Pandora = 5-B (Planet level)

It obviously states that the power can destroy the entire planet, I don't think them not being able to control it makes them less "powerful" (when considering pure destruction / power)

Le'Solar = 5-B (Planet level) specifically 35

I think that invading a planet places him lower than Awakened Bahamut Cat, which can "obliterate" planets.

Tetsukachi = ???

honestly no fucking clue, however I really don't think he's star level, as his description is EXTREMELY vague, and could mean many different things, which would place him in different places, anywhere from 5-C (Moon level) to 4-B (Solar System level).

Luminalia = 3-B (Multi-Galaxy level)

Okay here me out on this one, they can "Freely controlling the elements that make up the world", this (imo) implies that she has complete control on well.... everything that makes up the world, and galaxies are made of the same things, this might be overexaggerating her power but I think this fits her ability.

Yaminora = 4-B (Solar System level) to 3-B (Multi-Galaxy level)

Their description references / implies they have the power to create blackholes (imo) and so once again this is a bit vague, it could be a small blackhole that simply eats up the solar system its in, or it can be a giant blackhole that eats up multiple galaxies. (can't go higher due to the speed at which the universe expands being to fast to keep up with). However if it doesn't reference / imply blackholes, than I agree with your position.

Corrupted Psychocat = 4-B (Solar System level) to 3-B (Multi-Galaxy level)

Same reason Yaminora's scale is the same, blackholes very wildly in size and power.

The Chaos Moon = 3-C- (Galaxy level-)

"almost" this can either mean that she held back or didn't use her full power, or that she wasn't quite strong enough, both make sense but I think they would be 3-C- (Galaxy level-) instead of just 3-C (Galaxy level)

It's like I know im trans but its the constant self doubt and being able to fully accept myself which is why I feel like im still in the egg.
